AI for Microsoft 365 teams, with every model.
Keep Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. Add a governed AI platform that works with them β on any model and provider, in your region, with budgets per department.
Works where your team already works
Assistants read, search and act in Microsoft 365 β each person with their own account, so the assistant only sees what they can see.
Outlook
Read, triage and draft email, and check calendars.
Teams
Find what was said in channels and chats, and post updates.
SharePoint
Search sites and document libraries as governed knowledge.
OneDrive
Analyze files and spreadsheets without copying them around.
Admins configure these integrations once for the organization or a project, and their tools load only when the assistant needs them, so connecting more of Microsoft 365 doesn't slow answers down or inflate cost.
What MINEO adds
MINEO doesn't replace Microsoft 365: it connects to it and adds the control and freedom an enterprise AI program needs.
Every model, every provider
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, your own Azure OpenAI deployments or a LiteLLM proxy. Pick the best model per task and switch without rebuilding.
Runs where you decide
MINEO Cloud in the EU, a dedicated instance or your own Azure, AWS or GCP account, with models pinned to a region.
Budgets per department
Limits per user, group and project, and models and provider keys per department, so each area's AI spend lands on its own account.
Your data beyond Microsoft 365
Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, ClickHouse and more, queried in conversation, plus any MCP server β including your own.
From chat to apps and automation
Artifacts published under their own URL, live apps, notebooks and scheduled assistants that run on their own every morning.
Licenses for every profile
Builder, Creator and Viewer licenses, plus an AI adoption dashboard to see who uses AI and where it pays off.
Frequently asked questions
Does MINEO replace Microsoft 365?
No. Your team keeps working in Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. MINEO connects to them and adds a governed AI platform on any model, with your other data sources and tools.
Do we have to move our files?
No. Assistants read files where they are, in SharePoint and OneDrive, with the permissions of the person asking. Nothing is copied into a separate repository.
Can we use our Azure OpenAI deployments?
Yes. On Enterprise you bring your own Azure OpenAI keys or route through your own LiteLLM proxy, and assign them per project or department, next to models from other providers.
How does it handle permissions?
Each person connects Microsoft 365 with their own account, so the assistant only reaches what they can reach. On top, MINEO adds SSO, roles, permissions per assistant and data source, and a full audit trail.
Can we use both?
Yes. Many teams keep the assistant bundled with their office suite for everyday writing and use MINEO for governed, multi-model work over company data, automation and apps.
