Your own AI platform. Every model, under your control.
Renting AI from one vendor means they decide the models, the region, the price and where your company's knowledge lives. MINEO gives that control back: one enterprise platform that you govern.
Renting AI is not the same as owning it
When AI lives inside a vendor's suite, every important decision is theirs: which models you get, where the data is processed, what it costs next year, and who keeps the assistants, skills and knowledge your teams build. Sovereignty means those decisions are yours.
Eight things you control
The levers an enterprise needs to run AI as its own infrastructure, not as another subscription.
Where it runs
MINEO Cloud in the EU, a dedicated instance with your branding, or your own AWS, Azure or GCP account inside your security perimeter.
Which providers and models
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI or your own LiteLLM proxy. Import a newly released model and make it available the same day.
In which region
Offer the EU deployment of each model where your policies require it, and keep sensitive projects inside the region.
Who pays for what
Models and provider keys per project or group, so each department's spend lands on its own account and contract.
How much each team spends
An organization ceiling and limits per user, group and project by day, week and month β warning at 80%, block at 100%.
Which tools assistants can touch
MCP servers and integrations approved per project, OAuth per user, and your own MCP servers deployed as live apps inside MINEO.
Who can build what
Builder, Creator and Viewer licenses, with what each one can create set by your plan, plus permissions on every assistant, data source and file.
Where your knowledge lives
Assistants, skills, team memory and knowledge bases stay in your platform β and keep working when you switch models.
Deploy it the way your policies require
The same platform in three shapes. Moving from one to another does not change how your teams work.
Managed cloud
EU-hosted, multi-tenant SaaS. The fastest way to start, with your data kept in Europe.
Your own cloud
Deploy MINEO in your own AWS, Azure or GCP account, inside your security perimeter and policies.
Region of your choice
Pin data residency to the region your regulations require β your data never has to leave it.
Measure what the investment returns
Sovereignty is also knowing what happens inside. The AI adoption dashboard shows active users, average usage per person, trends over time and the most-used assistants, next to cost per team and a full audit trail.

Frequently asked questions
What does sovereign AI mean for a company?
That the company, not a single vendor, decides where AI runs, which models and providers it uses, where data is processed, how much each team spends and where the assistants and knowledge it builds are kept. MINEO is the platform that makes those decisions yours.
Can we run MINEO in our own cloud?
Yes. MINEO runs as a managed service in the EU, as a dedicated instance with your branding, or inside your own AWS, Azure or GCP account, under your security perimeter.
Can we use our own contracts with AI providers?
Yes. On Enterprise you bring your own keys for OpenAI, Anthropic or Azure OpenAI, or route everything through your own LiteLLM proxy, and assign keys per project or group so each department's usage is billed to its own account.
Can we keep models and data inside the EU?
Yes. Admins decide which models each project can use and can offer only their EU deployments, and MINEO itself can be hosted in the EU or in the region your policies require.
Can we control which tools the assistants use?
Yes. MCP servers and integrations are approved per organization or project, each person signs in with their own account (OAuth), and you can host your own MCP servers as live apps inside MINEO.
What happens to our assistants if we change models?
Nothing breaks. Assistants, skills, memory and knowledge bases belong to your platform, not to a model, so you switch models or providers without rebuilding them.
